Using our traditional Butter Shortbread recipe, we have added the highest grade and quality coco powder, chocolate concentrate paste & dark chocolate essence, to produce a distinguished dark chocolate colour, flavour and aroma. After baking, we coat the inside of the shell with dark chocolate to enhance the flavour, overall quality and integrity of our customers finished product.
